10 new centers opened in December 2018 and January 2019 in Gulu, Omoro, Bugweri districts. 52 beneficiaries recieved goats. Tobi was in Uganda for third time in 13 months to give out the goats. Total number of beneficiaries now stand at 601 in 42 centers.
